Food & Workout Log:

Breakfast - 3 eggs & a piece of toast & an apple.

Lunch: turkey sandwich on whole grain, whole wheat bread with pita chips, chips & salsa

Workout: 1 mile run to gym - good chest workout - 1 mile run back.

Dinner: Salad and homemade pizza with veggie toppings
