Day 1 - 30 Days 1 Goal - Eating Healthy
Food & Workout Log:
Morning - banana, bowl of high fiber cereal
Lunch - Turkey sandwich (two slices) on 100% whole wheat, whole grain bread, chips and salsa, and two deviled eggs
Workout - ran to the gym (1 mile) and did a light chest workout due to lack of energy. Ran back home (1 mile) and could feel the deviled eggs trying to work their way back up! Yea, not a good idea to eat those before you work out
Late Dinner - Turkey sandwich (two slices) on 100% whole wheat, whole grain bread, chips and salsa, and pretzels. I ate right before i went to bed (1:30am) since (obviously not a good idea) i was out all night trying to cheer on the Cubs… but they lost and were swept in the first round of the play off.
